I would have given an excellent review but the attendant was a stand in who could not complete the return process, and could not give a recciept.
DERRICK DHad a very hard time finding it. When I went inside to get help to unhitch it, the guy took so long so I started parking it next to other U-Haul. That’s when he came running out yelling I’m in the wrong spot. He took me around the back of this crumbling, delapitated hotel. Junk and garbage everywhere. That’s where I dropped it off.
BEVERLY VCOLUMBIA was a great drop off, friendly, but could not believe that my car was not secured on trailer.
PATRICIA SThe U-Haul employee had me install the trailer on my vehicle. The place was not safe, and it was not well-maintained. I will never use this location again.
