I thought the pricing was very reasonable for a truck that size. Online booking was easy and pickup was quick and efficient. After hours drop off was a breeze. Definitely going to use them again very soon.

Was unable to give me a credit for the early return. I did not use the extra day that I was told would be credited by the pick up location.

BRADLEY WThey forgot to put the utility dolly in the uhaul before giving it to us, but I let the people know when we dropped off that we never had it, so there doesn't seem to be an issue. Just one oops. This uhaul dealer has always been fantastic when we needed uhaul services and have chosen them over others many times. Highly recommend. Professional, quick, and seems to always have the equipment we need.
Courtenay MAlthough not horrible, the unit was not washed on the exterior and the inside was a bit dusty and dirty.
