Lot was open upon arrival at 5:09 pm on 8/27 but no one to be found to accept return. Trailer was parked and videoed to prove return. I called the next day and was told trailer was not on the lot. I drove back over in a panic and found the trailer exactly where my son had parked it by the other trailers. The attendant said the owner didn’t see it and said we were supposed to park it outside the gate in another lot. There is absolutely nothing posted to direct you to another lot. When I called U-Haul 1800 they thought it had been stolen and sent me in a panic. I would never ever rent from this location. And further more the agents o spoke with at the central U-Haul number were very off putting just telling me they couldn’t reach the attendant at the lot and it should be reported stolen. 2 extra hours only my already busy day chasing a trailer that was right where we left it. Unacceptable!
