This is a piece of junk. Multiple alerts popping up while driving TMPS etc. I went to location to drop off it was closed at 6 instead of 8 and next day they charged me 76$ extra as my delivery for the vehicle was delayed. I explained her i was at the location last night but she denied. I filled the gas before dropping off (right beside the uhaul) but she said gas was not full. Its not worth taking a vehicle from them.

Charged my credit cards for someone else without my permission. Double charged my card. Poor service
QUANG-TRUNG NThe pricing kept changing throughout the process, and we ultimately paid far more than expected. The original drop-off location we scheduled was permanently closed, yet no one mentioned this despite receiving multiple confirmation calls. When I asked to return the vehicle to that original location, I was told it would be treated as a daily rental with a 140-mile allowance plus per-mile charges beyond that. I asked for clarification several times, but at drop-off, no mileage allowance was applied, and we were charged an extra $170 on top of our original reservation. Overall, the lack of communication and surprise charges were extremely disappointing. The location and service were acceptable, but the pricing and lack of communication were the real issue.
