William CI initially booked a reservation for a 26ft truck upon arriving the guy at the counter told me he couldn’t give me the truck because someone else reserved it for the next day. They asked me to go to cypress for a truck that’s out of my area and out of the question the guy never wanted to give me the truck I ended up with a 20ft truck and when I returned I heard the lady that work there say they had a truck out and it was 3 hrs late I knew she was referring to me because she had called 2hrs before I arrived.. I checked the truck I out at 2:30 the fat lazy fucker who didn’t want to rent to me put my return time 12 noon that was not 24hrs from my rental I was pissed and they also said I drove 51 miles I went from mason rd to franz rd twice no way it’s over 51 miles I also put the gas tank at half tank it was a line before E when I picked it up they said I owed $11 more in gas please kiss my ass both workers that work at Katy feed are garbage I would recommend this location if it was the last one standing
