Motorcycle trailer was picked up at location. Trailer was fine but first tire failed (blew out) on trip mid-way to destination in rural MO at night. Replaced with new tire. Tech said other tire should be replaced by U-Haul Service Center as well. When got to destination other tire was also replaced. Both were old and hardened so no surprise they didn't last. When I called the pick-up location about the blow out they were not to sympathetic it seemed to me. I was empty going up so fortunately no expensive motorcycle on board. Same attitude upon return - essentially U-Haul took care of you attitude which is true. But who looks at their equipment? I don't know. Seems like they are fine waiting for something to happen to tires. I had my beautiful new motorcycle in the trailer on the way back, gratefully with two new tires.

Bernhard SOur pick-up location was changed at 8:00 PM the day before our 7:30 AM pick-up, and we received no email from U-Haul notifying us of the change—it was the owner of this location that actually called us to notify us of the change. This location was objectively fine, but not for us, as it was farther away from where we were and ended up costing us more in gas money. We did not consent to this last-minute change and wish that U-Haul had communicated it sooner and clearer.
