The interior of the vehicle had not been cleaned at all. The interior smelled horribly of cat urine and there was pet hair all over the seats. There were crumbs, food, and other debris all over the floor and door pockets. The smell of cat urine was so bad I couldn't be in it without both windows down. Pick up was easy, keys were easy to find, van ran well, but the van was filthy.
