Deborah TThe Fern Creek location was awesome to work with! The initial location (Highview Hardware) for our rental was horrible. We will NEVER deal with them again. The older gentleman who waited on us at Highview Hardware was extremely rude, dismissive, impatient and generally disinterested in providing any customer service. The tail lights on the trailer we were supposed to pick up did not work and he pretty much said "sorry about your luck" and walked away. Did not even offer to find a trailer for us in the area. We had to call Uhaul and arrange a pick up at a different location.
George BCheck engine light was on. Rep said it was an exhaust problem , which I believe would mean less gas mileage. Please let me know if I am wrong
