Friendly staff who helped me secure my reservation without any major issues. There was some minor issues with adding insurance to my trip & vehicle, but staff sorted out everything in a relatively quick and easy manner. I would definitely recommend this location.

ROY BWhen doing the entire process online- there should be better communication with the local store. I did everything online and then I still had to go to the office because the vehicle assigned to me online was not parked in a place where we can take it as it was blocked.
