I think your website SUCKS! I reserve a trailer online, only to have them have to basically start over again. Why don't you coordinate your website & whoever the agent is so that they correspond with each other. Also, when I decline the insurance, your website automatically adds it anyway & they have to remove it. One more thing....if I get there an hour or more before my scheduled pick up, they have to change the time because it automatically adds an extra day.
ED KYour website is the problem. Maybe you should enhance your reviews to U-Haul itself instead of just keeping it to the location. I went to pick up the trailer about 1/2 hour before the scheduled time & the computer automatically tried to charge me for 2 days instead of 1. Then, even though I declined the $8 charge for insurance online, it automatically added it & the dealer had to change that, too. Why don't you people get your heads out of your asses & quit trying to scam people on prices. The trailer & location was great! U-Haul itself WASN'T!!!!
LUTHER KThis cargo trailer was a piece of junk. It worked okay, buy it should have been retired long ago. The roll up door jams in the roof and is very difficult to open, . As far as cleanliness, it was very clean. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF AUTOMATION LLC. The fault goes to U-Haul itself.
LUTHER KEquipment needs to be provided with full gas.
