Absolutely the worst experience with UHaul. The independent agent was rude and threatened to cancel my reservation and make me leave because I asked about blankets. When my reservation has moved locations in the past the new location does not always have the supplies needed and I was only asking.

The location and staff were very professional. The only issue I had was that it took several times for U-Haul to accept my payment. The clerk indicated that the issue was with corporate. She had to make a call to corporate in order for U-Haul to accept my payment.
JOSEPH PLet them know that they will need a cell phone to rent the truck. The process was sloppy, and took close to hour including the time I had to drive home and get my wife and her cell phone to rent the vehicle. The truck worked well, and we got the job done. My wife has contacted U-Haul and described our difficulties.
Diane KRequested dolly and moving blankets, neither were included with truck yet I still paid for them.
Frank LThe only employee was very friendly and helpful but too much going on running a gas station/convince store and act as a rental agent. Truck was very low on fuel but was reported to have 1/2 tank. Although discussed was not corrected. Unable to provide contract at time of pickup due to internet issues. Again, employee did her best to provide a good experience but seems to be setup to fail. Truck also had terrible brakes as rear brakes appeared to be saturated in gear oil from leaking axle seals.
