The office was closed when I was supposed to pick up the truck. I had to leave to meet the movers and was told when I called the main U-Haul office someone would be present from 11a-12p. I returned at 1115a and the office staff was leaving, having locked the key in the vault. I had to ask how to get access. I went online as directed, I did not receive the needed code. The office staff told me to call the UHaul office and left the site. I was finally connected with the Truck Share line where I had to re-upload all of my information. I was finally able to access the truck and drive away at 12p, when I should have had the truck at 1030a. Worst experience I have had with U-Haul and I have needed to rent trucks regularly from multiple sites. I will not return to this location.

I got charged $18 fuel charge. I specifically took a picture before I left shoeing the tank was not at 1/2 full as reported and I returned the truck in the same amount. I need a $18 refund.

MOHAMED EI had an extremely disappointing experience at this U-Haul facility and will not be returning. On Friday, June 13th, I arrived for my scheduled pick-up at 3:00 PM which was working hours of the facility, but to my surprise, the store was closed. I had to wait outside for 30 minutes before someone finally arrived to open the door. When the associate eventually showed up, he was not only late but also extremely rude and unprofessional in his demeanor. After receiving the keys and checking the vehicle, I had a question about the rental. However, when I returned to the store, I found it locked again, with no one available to assist me during working hours. This left me in a difficult situation, and I had to contact customer care to get my issue resolved. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of punctuality, the rude behavior of the staff, and the absence of assistance when needed made this a very negative experience. I would strongly advise against using this facility, as it does not meet the basic standards of customer service.
