The truck was clean, however the box could have been swept out by the previous renter. Nothing on U-Haul.

Uhauls should be full when picking up so it is easy to determine the correct amount of gas used - instead when we picked up they said there was a 1/4 tank but it was slightly under and then tried to charge us $80 for gas when we used less than $20 and had uhaul for less than 3 hours

Roy HPick up was great. Drop off made my decision NOT to go back. I am a respectable man and I take care of things that are not mine when I use them. But I will not clean up someone else's mess left in the truck before I use. SECOND I dont accept being accused of leaving a truck dirty after I use it. I cleaned up my mess when I was done. I will not clean up after someone else who can't clean up their mess. VERY DISRESPECTFUL on their part. I WILL NOT be going back to Lockhart's Esso nor will I suggest anyone else go there. Social media is a great to .ake it better for you or make it worse for you and buddy I can't say anything good about you right now.
