The people were fine but their parking lot was tiny, almost too small to hookup my car to the tow dolly. And they gave me a truck that was almost empty on gas: 29 miles until empty! And I didn't appreciate the pickup location changing 24 hours ahead of my pickup time! Seriously?

I dont know who the guy was that I spoke to, but he was very helpful and gave excellent customer service.
CHRISTOPHER RI did not make contact with anyone at the location. It was 24/7 drop off.
Joe STruck was not clean and I was charged i sent pictures prior to driving off with it would have sent more but only one picture was allowed. Gas was not completely at half returned it where it was at and got charged which im fine with had to drive to the location so that takes gas. Overall truck drove great but was not clean.
