Explain when you say pictures to take them on your website. I thought I just needed to take pictures before I left. However, I was not aware U-haul is going digital and wants us (the customer) to do everything on our phones. I know for the future if I need to rent again. I received excellent service from the manager. He was very polite and helpful. He cares about his customers and represents his self in a very professional manner. Thank you very much for your appreciation of the customers that walk through your doors. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
