We had a closer location for pick up and drop off. Didn’t like that they changed this and added more miles and $ to our original estimate.

alfonso rThe first rental truck we were assigned was roach infested. We called support and were transferred to the Regional office in Shreveport, LA. The representative that answered the phone was extremely rude, hung up in our face and was very argumentative. Terrible experience. Finally we were able to get a new truck after 2 hours on the phone.
