The location that had my equipment was closed at the time I reserved the equipment. I worked through the Shiloh Road U-Haul agent and she did GREAT! She got the truck prepared for me and got the "head office" to authorize the remote key access to get me on the way. I will use the Shiloh Road U-Haul location for ALL of moving needs!

Truck was too old, and falling apart. And it was very annoying the mobile phone pick up and drop off. I won't do that again..

Angelina MExplain when you say pictures to take them on your website. I thought I just needed to take pictures before I left. However, I was not aware U-haul is going digital and wants us (the customer) to do everything on our phones. I know for the future if I need to rent again. I received excellent service from the manager. He was very polite and helpful. He cares about his customers and represents his self in a very professional manner. Thank you very much for your appreciation of the customers that walk through your doors. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
