The air conditioner blew heated air instead of cold air on a 90+ degree day. A number of things in the cabin were falling apart including the sun shade mount and the passenger window crank knob. On the good side, the agent was friendly, professional and helpful.

GRACE CReturn prices was less than satisfactory. Tried to turn the vehicle in around 3:30 on a Wednesday. The office was locked, although there were people going in and out as I pulled up. I had to do the remote process, with photos, in the rain. This was not something I was advised of previously.
CHRISTOPHER KYour Customer Service person at the desk was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this location because of her.
