Everything was done very efficiently from walking into the door, getting the vehicle and returning it. I honestly didn't see anything that needs to be improved upon for the next customer. The staff was very cutesy and respectful.

Give instructions in one email so I don't have to call and get frustrated. Was standing in the rain forever until I called for a code and she explained I had to do all the check in before getting the lockbox code.

This was not my original location, my reservation was at the UHaul on Easton Rd in Horsham. When I arrived they did not have my reservation nor the equipment. Apparently the call center did not process properly, the folks at Horsham found the equipment at Warminster location and all was well! Good save by Horsham and good experience at Warminster!
Texting agent, named Maria, was very unprofessional. Uhaul mobile web service was very poor. Nobody answered my text and couldn't pick up my truck on that day.
