Staff was very friendly and helpful (It was my first time renting a truck), the pick-up that I rented was great, and overall it was a great experience. I almost rented from a privately owned place, but I'm glad I didn't. It was also way cheaper overall then they were. Thanks!!!! I will definitely return when I need a truck.

The outside parking has 3 spots and one handicapped spot, haul cargo van takes one and other trucks use the other spots, if I come to pickup or dropoff where o I park? There's no parking on the road, no parking anywhere close, so we have to be in front of the sliding door and then someone will ask us to move or we ask someone to move, basically there's no place to move so you just drive off make 2 u turns and come back hoping no one is there.

When I first went to the location, they said they didn't have my reservation without even checking their computer. I called the 1800 number and they confirmed that my reservation. Only when I asked the representative at the location to look in the computer again did they finally find my reservation. When I dropped off the truck, they would not give me a receipt and said that I had to just drop off the keys and they would mail me a receipt. I wanted a receipt at the location to confirm my charges in case of a dispute. Very poor customer service at this location. The representatives were not friendly or helpful in answering any of questions. I will certainly not be renting from this location in the future. In fact there is a location just 2 blocks away that I had gone to initially by mistake and they were extremely friendly and more than willing to help me locate where my reservation was located.

Met our needs fine - we would rent again. There was an empty coke bottle on the floor. But otherwise the truck was clean enough considering it's usage and age. The shocks ride very rough when truck is empty. Better when full but not exactly the "gentle ride" advertised.
