yes but only if they speed up service. need to have more than one person working all the time. i have rented here a couple of times and both times were just too slow. what is the point of getting all that info filled in online then taking another 20 mins to check out and worse still on my return there was people out the front who had been waiting for 35 minutes and only 1 person was served in front of them. u-haul is a great thing but just need to do some fine tuning, especially in this day and age.
Own your commitments. Don't send customers to new locations after they specifically chose a reservation site and don't change the drop off location or the equipment rented with the truck. It's as if uhaul has never moved homes so they are clueless about their customers.

My location was changed a day prior. I arrived to the location and checked in online but my truck was nowhere to be found. I basically had to do the reservation process all over again. Which was very annoying and time consuming. What would've happened if this specific location wasn't open and the online check in wasn't working?
Great customer service during pick up and the return time. Both ladies were friendly and professional.

The app was cumbersome and locked up several times while trying to pickup the rental.
The truck did not have a working passengers seat belt which is very dangerous. I told this location about this twice and was told a manager would call me (twice) but nobody every called me about my concern.
The lady in the front desk really help me, she is proactive and think on the customers
The system was down so had to wait for a while before they could accept the truck back...

I shouldn't be charged anything for the rental. It was a disaster from the beginning. I tried your online service. I had to take my pictures twice of myself and license. Got to the pickup location, located the van and it was parked behind another van. Had to wait on attendant to move the other vehicle. The attendant had absolutely no sense of urgency. Returned the van, followed online procedure and it still did not complete the return. The attendant didn't seem to know what was going on. Your online service is supposed to facilitate a speedy pick-up and drop-off. The whole process defeated the purpose. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Manager should lead by example. Take care of the customer in front of you and ensure colleagues abide by the rules of wearing a face covering.
I will like a refund . I turned in my keys at 10am after picking it up 8:30am only for my receipt to be sent to me late stating that I returned the truck at 1:30pm . The attendant had long line of people and she said she will check me out and she forgot . I need my Refund
I was SO IMPRESSED with each interaction - I interacted with 3 different employees and each one was knowledgable, courteous, friendly, helpful AND competent! Also, my movers interacted with them and they were responsive to them as well. I am so blown away by this level of customer service!!! Thank YOU!!!

You had one employee (can't remover his name but he was awesome) trying to do best he could. But I saw two female employees walk in and look, then walk back out and both got on their phones. I give poor performance not because of him. The poor rating is because of his two female co workers. He was clearly struggling and he had no back up what so ever, he even asked for help from his co workers but both walked away.
If I could select no stars, I definitely would have. This location is a joke, has horrible and steals your money. I rent a truck and equipment from them, never got the equipment and wasted gas going to and from this place. Not only did they not credit me the mileage wasted due to their negligence it also charged me for equipment not received. When I called to speak the manager, the location won't respond. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Since you all don't want to talk to me I'll file a fraud claim with bank. That's bad business!!!!
