A leaking tank of methyl methacrylate at an aerospace facility in Garden Grove prompted a state of emergency declaration from Gov. Gavin Newsom on Saturday. Evacuation orders cover a one-mile radius bounded by Valley View Street to the west, Ball Road to the north and Trask Avenue to the south.
