SCRANTON, Pa. (Jan. 17, 2016) — U-Haul is addressing local demand for more secure and affordable self-storage options with the recent acquisition of a 2.14-acre property at 210 S. 7th Ave.

U-Haul Storage of Scranton will offer customers more than 260 units with drive-up convenience and U-Haul Remote 24/7® access. Many units are now available for rent. U-Haul has improved the facility with an automated gate system; 25 new security cameras; and refurbished and new doors on the units.

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Scranton at 375 N. 7th Ave., a part of the community since 1986, is located about a half-mile south of the new property and will operate it remotely.
