Burgers are a staple at many BBQs and cookouts. I mean, who doesn’t love a big, juicy burger? I don’t know about you, but I’ve come across some pretty plain burgers. Well, get ready to give your taste buds a little shock. With a little crunch and a load of flavor, this burger will soon be everyone’s favorite. If you read up on the Soyrizo Burger, you know that this is the second recipe in our burger series. It’s made especially for bacon-lovers. Stay tuned for the next recipe, coming soon! For this recipe, I cooked them on my stove top, but if you’re grilling them, be sure you have the right grilling supplies and your propane tanks are filled!
Ingredients:
3 lbs of ground beef
½ cup of diced red onion
½ cup of diced jalapeno
½ cup of diced pickles
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup and Dip mix
1 packet of cooked bacon, diced
Salt and pepper, if desired.
Vegetables (for toppings): lettuce, onion, avocado and tomato
Condiments: ketchup, mayo, and mustard
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape into desired sized hamburger patties.
3. Grill them or cook them on the store.
4. Add your desired veggie toppings and condiments.
5. Enjoy.
