Ingredients:
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp of hot sauce
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless, cubed chicken breasts
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 red bell peppers
- Pineapple, cubed
What to do:
Step 1: Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat your grill to a med-high heat setting.
Step 3: Build skewers using the chicken, sliced bell peppers and pineapple. To prevent pieces from falling off skewers, place all veggies inside a kabob basket.
Step 4: Season each skewer to liking with the kosher salt and pepper.
Step 5: Spray the grill with cooking spray to prevent the skewers from sticking.
Step 6: Grill chicken skewers 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent them from burning.
Step 7: While the skewers are grilling mix the ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce and the hot sauce in a bowl.
Step 8: In the last few minutes, baste the chicken skewers with the ingredients you just mixed.
Step 9: Take off the grill and serve with a delicious side dish.
