The cargo was full of junk when we picked it up. I had to go and and tell the uhaul worker to come and remove it, before I left this location. The worker did advised his partner and both came out to clean and swept inside and they did apologized.Nicole B.

Staff were friendly. The van smelt so awful of foul body odour and cigarettes. I had more of an issue with the call centre than the location but there needs to be a better system to get the quote that was promised on the phone honoured at the location.Johanna G.
May not be location in general but the truck smelt terrible as if someone rubbed a cheap cologne all over the interior. Truck was given at 1/4 tank, when I feel they should be full. Spent $275 on gas just to get around. Should be a flat rate for usage and not charged long distance if paying for gas as is. Spent around $800 for a 6hour duration in total which is mind boggling.Tyler S.

The van was dirty, Inside and out. There was garbage in the cab and the back. The windshield had a crack in it, which is a serious safety hazard.Frank W.

You can do everything differently. We got the truck 2 1/2 hours late we returned it 2 1/2 hours late and you charge us an extra day. How is that fair. We're never renting with you again after 40 years of being a loyal customer.rene L.

We had nothing but trouble dropping off at this location. Traffic changed our drop off the 31 St. while moving in from the Mattawa location to a North Bay location. Unfortunately it was a long away to drive and the gentleman at the new location was NOT informed! Tried to charge us more money, took over an hour to teach someone to help us using 4 ( four) cell phones. Not at all happy. Claimrd we were short of gas by 6 litter when man in Hamilton said quarter tank good. Too stressed still by all of the aggrevation.william M.

Check in process was delayed and confusing and is usually very fast at other locations I've been to. Staff was nice and friendly though. I wish there was an option to choose â€œsomewhat well maintainedâ€ above. The truck itself was in pretty rough shape with a side mirror that was taped together (so it couldn't be adjusted), someone's flip flops in the cab, a large windshield crack, and windshield wipers that were way too small for the size of the truck (we would have been in big trouble had we run into any heavy rain). Good brakes and A/C though. I did like the hours this location offers and the proximity to the highway.Leah C.

The car hauler I reserved was not there, I had to change my plans to accommodate.. if you have a person who reserves a certain vehicle uhaul should make sure it is there no matter what.. your company is trash I won't be using it again.Daniel D.
The lights quit working on the unit. I had ran temporary lights and a magnetic amber strobe to get to the drop off location. I showed up before the shop(6-11) closed but they had already locked the doors. They charged me another day even though I was only late due to the trailer lights failing. Thanks a lot.Royal T.

Servicers were ignorant, rude, didn't come out to do a run down of vehicle. They just sat on the stool and and did nothing. The vehicle had a large crack in divers windshield that was hidden by sun visor. There was no first aid or fire extinguisher safety equipment in the vehicle. The safety triangles that were in the vehicle were damaged. Overall experience with this location was horrible. Upon returning the vehicle the staff had no care about the complaints and yet again gave attitude toward myself and stated that they knew about the large crack in windshield before it was rented out to myself. They never one stated they understand the frustration I had yet blamed me for not checking to make sure that everything was in the vehicle before leaving the property. The crack was not noticed till later that night when I went to put sun visor up as when I picked it up it was during the day and it was blocking the sun so I left it in place. I believe this location has no concern for the customers safety or the care for the vehicles they are renting out and they should not be able to continue serving customers. I will at no point be returning to this location with poor customer service.Amanda B.

Disappointed with fuel surcharge as it was brought back a fraction below where it was picked up and a $18.00 charge. I rent at Enterprise on a regular basis and there is a give and take with fuel as often we bring back with more than provided.Don S.

The uhaul website allowed a double booking. We paid for 4 hours and were pressured to be done fast to accommodate other person too. But no financial break. Also, a cracked windshield on vehicle.Deborah D.
The customer service and people at thos location was sub-par and should not run a uhaul facility if they cannot understand basic service and safety. The uhaul truck was not maintained, was dirty, had a cracked windshield, the passenger side mirror was broken off- and the large part was taped up so could not be adjusted- zero virility when backing up, the ignition key was not working properly- cannot start the car without struggle, they did not do a safety check on the truck when I picked it up and the truck bounced around all over the road- the truck needs servicing badly and is overall an UNSAFE vehicle to be renting out. When I returned the truck and mentioned that the truck was not safe and the details- they said they.know and had complained to uhaul to fix the truck for the past 6 months but had no answer. As for the ignitiin.problem- he told ne what to do to make it start- but why didnt he tell me when I was picking up the truck? I don't understand how a vendor can know that a Uhaul truck is unsafe yet rent it out and charge money for this. Will the insurance cover a faulty truck and the passengers if something happened? I was thoroughly disgusted by their attitude and service and said I will contact Uhaul directly to report this truck. I have rented uhaul trucks for years and years and this was the WORST vendor ever. And the worst truck condition. I will follow up with uhaul with a phone call regarding this truck and that it should be off the road until it has been fixed and the windshield repaired. The cab was filthy with garbage. The man inside came out and cleaned it and was apologetic. The box smelt like gasoline and we had to sweep it out before use.Tara S.

I don't feel it was appropriate to receive multiple phone calls asking when I would be arriving back with the vehicle. This happened the day before I picked it up even. That is complete ridiculousness and dangerous. You should not make people feel rushed. The vehicle was completely disgusting cigarette ashes and potato chips everywhere and the cargo box wreaked of leaked gasoline. I expect better for the rates we pay uhaul these days!Joseph B.
