My only complaint is that they expect you to hook up the trailer by yourself and then they will inspect the hook up before you leave. The 6 x 12 foot trailer is very heavy and should either have a jack or be lifted by two people.

Improved the maintenance of your vehicles as the vehicle I rented was damaged. Broken bumper, signal light cracked, and cracked side mirror. Squishy brakes as well. Vastly improve your customer service. Person wasn’t onsite to open the location. We had to wait for them to show up which delayed our moving. No apology. I rented blankets and a couple were wet. Not ideal.

Donald MThis pick up location was the most uncomfortable place I have ever done business! I had ordered 12 moving blankets, he never gave them to me. When I went back he said he didn’t have any and that I wasn’t charged for them, to later find out he did charge me for them.
Ian SThe guy running the place didn't know how to back a trailer, so he asked me to do it. That was a surprise. But he was quite friendly, and the drop off was much more pleasant than the pickup....
