Melissa CIn general, the truck did the job. However, here are the 2 main issues we had: 1. The truck’s fan and AC: both were not working. It was a hot day, so no comfortable at all in the truck. 2. 24/7 key pick-up: we took the 24/7 key pick-up service. Basically, the truck key should have been in a lock box secured to the back of the truck. This service allows us to have access to the truck outside of the store’s business hours. My pick-up time was set for 8 AM on Saturday. When I got there, there was no lock box to be found. I had done the check-in process online, had the truck number, box number and code. I had no choice but to have to wait 1 hours outside (I had been dropped off) the store until it opened. They had the key inside, and I had a difficult time understanding their explanation to why the lock box had not been put on the truck prior to my 8 AM reservation. They mentioned that they do not offer the 24/7service, despite that the opposite was indicated on the website for their location.
Joel MKeep the gas tank full and brought back full. That way there is guessing about how much gas to put in the tank.
DAVID LHad a difficult time booking the trailer. Your site was down and the phone was busy. Asked to call back in forty five minutes. That went on all day. The lady at 6 Eleven was also having problems. I missed the day I wanted to rent due to this issue. Had to wait till the following week.
