The vehicles should be full when piked up and brought back. This estimating is not a good system at all!
DAVID LFirst trailer given was not fit for rental. Both wheel as the bearing that were wore out. Upon grabbing the wheel to check, they both move in and out. For someone with no mechanical experience they would have left and would have resulted in wheel loss, causing more then likely an accident. The driver would get charge, so as U-Haul. There was no one that came and check the unit prior to renting it. They rely on the person renting the unit. There should be more inspection done on these unit, when customer return them. When I return my unit, no one came and check it. The clerk was outside talking on his phone, with no worries in the world about the condition of the unit. This shows complete disregard for safety and reflect badly on your company. I do not think that your company will take my worries to heart, and this will keep on going, for the sake of money. Thanks you for your time.
Robert DThey weren't open at pick up time.. had to wait to pick up and drop Drove past another dealer who had a trailer the same as picking up Couldn't drop trailer at closer dealer Didn't have trailer I reserved.. called to offer different trailer last minute Accent so heavy couldn't understand them
