The person handling the transaction was very friendly and knowledgeable. And was able to explain all about the rental agreement. One thing I have to mention is that when I searched uhaul on the internet it did say this location was open until 9pm, however this was not the case. I went by around 8:15pm and the location was closed.
daryl lMy only complaint is that they expect you to hook up the trailer by yourself and then they will inspect the hook up before you leave. The 6 x 12 foot trailer is very heavy and should either have a jack or be lifted by two people.
Dave LImproved the maintenance of your vehicles as the vehicle I rented was damaged. Broken bumper, signal light cracked, and cracked side mirror. Squishy brakes as well. Vastly improve your customer service. Person wasn’t onsite to open the location. We had to wait for them to show up which delayed our moving. No apology. I rented blankets and a couple were wet. Not ideal.
Amanda HFirst van had broken door. Second truck had ramps and moving covers. The ramps did not fit the truck.
