In trying to return the trailer, there was no check out procedure, no paperwork, nothing sent to my email & the associate was unwilling. The next day I had to call Uhaul because I wanted some verification that I returned the trailer. Then I was instructed to call back the associate and I had to insisted that he email me a check out invoice to show when I returned the trailer. Even then, the email he sent was dated as a return of Aug 2, 2022 when I actually returned it on Aug. 1, 2022. Very disappointed with the return process.Gary M.

Be there. When we arrived at the scheduled time the place was closed. We had to call the number twice before getting a call back and then wait for about 30 minutes for someone to arrive. I had also tried calling ahead of time and left a message before leaving to pickup the trailer but never received a return call. I noticed that the orange side marker lights were not lit on the left side. He basically ignored it and said that it was OK, even though there was another trailer right next to it. At that point I was already behind schedule so I didn't pursue it any further.Thomas W.
Appointment was for 10am. Showed up at 9:50. Nobody there at 10:10. Called number on side of building and owner said he will be there in 15 minutes. I went and got gas and came back and he was still not there. After another 20 minutes he showed up without an apology of any kind for being 40 minutes late to the 10 o clock reservation. I then find out he does not have a 2 inch ball to sell me like all the other u haul locations have had. I went and got a receiver hitch and came back to find the car hauler was buried in tall grass that I had to drive through to attach trailer. We attached trailer and I left. Overall quite different than other u haul locations I have been to. Furthermore 150 miles down the road I had a blowout on the trailer that nearly caused an accident. Roadside assistance was going to take 2 hours despite being just a couple miles outside of a medium sized city of Palestine. There tire was still holding air so I was able to make it back home. Not sure if it blew due to something bing in the tire, the age of the tire, or possibly being buried under 2 feet of brush and weeds.Reese R.

The location is in the middle of nowhere and was poorly kept and owner not even there at opening time, had to wait for them to get there. My overall experience was awful mainly due to Uhaul corporate. The reservation didn't mean anything. This is the second time I've reserved a 26ft truck only to be told that they don't have one anywhere remotely close. I also wasn't able to go to the location close to me, I had to drive clear out to this terrible location to get the smaller truck. I also checked in online and then had to redo everything in person and it wasn't working for awhile so checking in online was pointless as well. Uhaul is awful and I would not recommend them!Adam J.
