No parking at drop off location. Phoned 10 times to uhual to speak with a manager and was eventually hung up on every time while on hold and never did speak with anyone. Then received a billâ€¦. You guys are a joke. Still never received a call back from a manger as i requested 5 times on the phone with different customer service reps who put me on hold or sent me to a different rep then hung up.shane C.

The padlock at the back is horrible. Took us 25mins to take it off after a phone call to customer service that didn't really know what to do..Adamo L.

I received a call the day before the pick up saying my location had changed. Although it is not a huge deal I think it's important to remain consistent between the online booking and the pick up location. This is not the first time there was a problem with my as I believe I sent a note on my previous rental a few years ago. ThxJack G.
I do not like your system of doing things online. I asked the person to take my info on the phone the knight before. but NO they would not .so I sat at the side of the road long distance with poor reception for 20 minutes . the truck only had a quarter tank off gas so i had to drive the wrong direction to get gas losing another 20 minutes .a rental truck should always be full to full that is how it only way to be accurate. I left the truck with half a tank because i had to estimate when I filled up. win for you bad for the customer. also the lock on the truck was very difficult to open. 2 of us fought with it for several minutes and almost gave up. we finally got it. the truck was very good . your system of doing things is not. No covid protocols in the store. Forgot to load the dolley so had to go all the way back to pick it up Closed early so could not get ahold of any and we had left a wallet on the dash. They had moved the truck and put an ad display in the window but they did not notice the wallet. We couldn't get a hold of anyone to pick it up.KATHRYN D.
I got overcharged on my final invoice and they won't return my calls for one week and when I visited the place on a weekday the office was shut. And the vehicle wasn't cleaned before handing us the keys. Seats had dog hair all over and a funny smell.Mitesh B.

The uhaul on the halston left me high and dry and totally screwed me over. I had a reservation number and an order summary to pick up on the halston and they told me that I had to go to Merritt to pick up a truck plus pay for the gas plus pay for the mileage and I had to bring it back and I also had my six-year-old daughter and the lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do about it. I am very disappointed in U-Haul at the halston the customer satisfaction of even helping out a single mother it's disgusting what they did to me. I called monkey grease autowerx and she saved me. She worked with me and did everything she could in order for me to have a truck to move my family. The rope she pulled are absolutely amazing and I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need. These people are amazing and they understand families and life. They did more for me than you could ever know!!Brandy S.

Very difficult to sign out vehicle using App. Said that location finder wasn't working but couldn't figure out how to fix. Eventually had help from help line on phone. Returning vehicle was difficult. No help on phone from customer service. There should be an attendant at location in person to assist renters.Craig T.
