Larry W.The U-Haul app did not work for me completely. I wasn't able to do a complete check-in or check out return using the app. Otherwise the truck ran like a dream and my dealings with the u-haul dealer was fair and honest.

Aaron C.the owner WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL BUT THE TRUCK WAS NOT WELL MAINTAINED THE BRAKES WERE TERRIBLE AND WHILE TURNING ON A NARROW MOUNTAIN ROAD THEy FAILED TO GRIP AND THE VEHICLE STARTED HEADING TO THE EDGE OF A DROP OFF AND ONLY STOPPED WHEN I HAD TO SLAM IT INTO REVERSE AND HIT THE accelerator Each time you went to start the vehicle it took 4-5 times for it to start. That truck is in desperate need of maintenance Maybe I just got a bad vehicle and others were better I have rented many hauls over the years this was the scariest experience driving one

JAMES F.I only drive 32 miles locally smf the Oldsmobile there tried add s extra fourth off a day when it was picked up at 10am and brought back at seven o'clock the same day. And he never reimbursed the 100 dollars he charged and it not supposed to be that much.

Walter W.Truck was FILTHY!!! Again! Terrible service! Again! Even if you've done everything ahead of time and checked in online it's still 45 mins or more to complete the rental while he fumbles with his cell phone. I'm done doing my U-Haul business at the Trading Post.

JAMES M.My online checkin became a 15 minute process in which I had to wait for the person running the store to process people when the app stated all I needed was a key. The store owner stated that I needed to sign for the insurance choice. I think the U-Haul app should note that online checkins aren't quite as fast as U-Haul makes them out to be.

CHARLES G.The man smoked a pipe in an unventillated office. It was nauseating. The 10 foot truck I reserved was not available, so he rented me a 15 foot truck which was fine. He couldn't get his printer to work in order to print my contract or receipt.

JONATHAN K.Always a hassle renting uhauls here. Once waited 20 mins for the owner to finish his solitaire game to pickup a truck. Several times I have reserved online only to have the reservation changed by them when I pick up equipment, adding mile's because according to them there is a 50 mile minimum. ( I know it is'nt I rent uhauls quite regular) the last 26ft truck picked up there had liquid mixed with mud over half way to the front of it. I no longer pick up there I drive the extra 10 miles to the next dealer. This Dealer really needs to work on customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
