The specific employee involved was courteous and helpful, but not computer literate, resulting in long and repeated delays and double booking. The owner appears to be annoyed that we were keeping him from his primary business; if the employee had not intervened, we would have left in search of another rental location. We would not recommend this facilty to anyone!!!

evidently the profits for a business are not enough to compensate for the "crap" the business owner has to put up with when renting trailers I would suggest some type of adjustment to the percentage of money's shared with the businesses you contract with so they will stay as rental locations in our area.

The owner of the trading post threw my drivers license at me and told me to go somewhere else because I wouldn't take my face mask off due to not wanting to risk Covid-19 exposure. He was very rude.
