Had i not already had the unsatisfactory experience of checking 4 other locations on uhaul.com, calling all 4 locations only to find U-Haul.com was INCORRECT about availability at ALL 4, I arrived and waited 15 minutes before an employee recognized me or offered help at this one. I did an online reservation to save time only to find it was not in “his” system. Pathetic that U-Haul.com has NEVER been accurate, or had my information correct at the rental location.

Flat tire pulled into another location was laughed at and told to call road side assistance because of that I am returning the 23 pieces of u haul equipment I have rented for my company and hertz Penske is replacing them in the morning it is not your competition that wil put you out of business it is your own people

This location was the worst I've encountered in my years of using Uhaul. I choose to use this moving company due to the ease of the reservation system, as well as the pick-up/drop-off convenience. When we arrived to this drop-off location, it took about 5 minutes to be greeted by anyone - and we had to walk around looking for the individual to help us. The establishment was cluttered with thrift store trinkets and furniture and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke since they smoked indoors. The computer system was slow and it took over 10 minutes to finalize the drop-off of the truck. Much of that time was spent waiting. I did not receive a final receipt - only an updated version of the original receipt I handed this person (they wrote updates like final fuel and mileage in pen). Overall, this was not the usual prompt service I am accustomed to with Uhaul. I will not be back to this location.

Vary helpful in getting me out of a 26’ truck which I did not reserve, but somehow was scheduled for- and putting me in their 15’ truck which is what I reserved online. Uhaul needs to stop doing this to customers!

trailer was piece crap,wheel dragged,wire to tag was cut,trailer was full u-haul supplies had clean out before could use it,tires por shape.this made me want buy my own trailer so didn't have rent piece crap again

The inside of the UHaul smelled like vomit... my son and I had to ride with the windows down the entire trip. I highly recommend that each and every truck gets a detailed cleaning inside the cab!

Your self check-in is WAY TOO COMPLICATED. You might want to talk to Enterprise where we rented the car to go along on this trip. There was no filling out forms and taking photos. There was simply clearing the vehicle of our items, locking the vehicle, and putting the keys in the dropbox. We had to call Uhaul when we got home to get an assurance that the vehicle was checked in at the dropoff. Unfortunately the email address was put in wrong where we picked up the truck so we did not get a confirmation by email. But Kareen helped us through it all on the phone after we got home. Once she made the email correction on your end, we could finally see a receipt showing the date and time we turned in the truck. Thank goodness for Kareen.

Arrived to get truck at first location, they had no reservation or truck. Was sent to another location, they have been out of Uhaul business for over 3 months. Went to another location where the man called his local guy and he searched and found reservation. He gave us an extra day free for our troubles. I tried calling Uhaul customer service over the course of 4 days and had to hang up after being placed on hold for over an hour. Well checked bank account and we were in fact charged for the day they said was free. Terrible customer service and I do NOT recommend this place. Go to Penske!
