I spoke with Kevin very professional on the phone. However, your manager Jenn, very condescending and rude when speaking with guests. Not helpful or knowledgeable. After I told the workers how many's miles I'd be driving I'm surprised they didn't compensate or atleast offer that if add extra mileage that over mileage fee was crucial. Especially after moving then buying storage and other expenses.Treyvoin D.
When I first arrived I walked in and a lady shouted to me â€œshe will be right back!â€ I was like who? The janitor lady was telling me the front desk clerk would be back . I was so confused, the uhaul I rented I was told it had a camel as the picture, as I walked around when I came back that night to find it , which was wrong. First off upon receiving rental, the gas was already low so the girl at the desk told me to bring the truck back with the amount I took the truck with. 2nd the truck was trash the 02 sensor was bad the alternator was weak. I called several times to complain about the trash truck they gave me. I was over charged and I called and no one called me back. So I'll be calling tomorrow. Staff was was polite and friendly. My issue is with the vehicle I rented. When I got in the vehicle the gas light was on. Blinker light on the passenger side was out. Bad vibration when breaking. Vehicle was clean. Also I returned the vehicle the same day and got a phone call two days later asking if I returned the vehicle. Over all due to the staff being friendly I would go back . Family separation began complicated with 2u-boxes not being able to be hauled from state to state. Janaf associates' seemed to start off helpful, but quickly turned sour. At the very end, I was told that they were trying to go home at 5p, when I had called for assistance, and was told that they had followed their phones, and never received help, even after going into the location.Areen A.

It was the wrong location. I reserved a truck to pick up in Hampton, Virginia on Friday afternoon at 4 pm, I even prepaid for it. However, less than 24 hours before I was to pick it up, I get a call saying no truck was available at that location. I had to drive to Norfolk, Virginia, which isn't that far away, but because it was a Friday afternoon it took 90 minutes to get there and over an hour to get back. Not cool.Timothy H.

Being overcharged and told more miles then I drove on drop off and dropped of truck was told they will get it processed and send me email, had to go find me emails as they were not sent. Whole thing has been a headache and still being one. Give me my money back please. Was told 400, spent now over 600, not cool at all and still having headach with lady I dropped off qith and she using personal phone to manipulate customers. I got there and when I was greeted I handed the employee my phone which was my reservation email. For 5 to 10 minutes I was denied and told that there was no truck available eventually. Then I had to explain that I was renting a storage unit. Seem like the girl helping me needed assistance in every step of the process which made it quite drawn out. The only concern I have is safety for my things because there is no gate and the other concern I have is that there are mice. My first storage unit had a ton of droppings in it and the mouse trap put inside wasn’t filled w mouse poison. The other unit also didn’t have any mouse poison in the bait trap. It was quickly rectified by your staff but I’m hoping mice do not destroy my couch and other items. Honestly probably some of the worst customers service I’ve had. I wait for an hour and a half for him to help put a lock on my unit the lock he didn’t tell me I had to by when I came in 10am that morning as well as he didn’t give me the lock to lock up our truck. I had to come in a second time to get everything I needed and waited over an hour for something as simple as lock. I called earlier in the day to see if it was okay to park our uhaul there overnight which he agreed we got there and he gave us a spot then walked away came back two minutes later and said actually don’t park here they’ll steal parts off the truck and told us to park at Walmart even though he parked us surrounded by trucks and we called ahead to approve.
