Today the store experienced issues that were out of their control. The line of guests were vocally upset. I understood that the system issue was out of the employees control and I didn’t blame them. However, better communication to incoming guests waiting in line would have helped alleviate some of the frustration. I appreciated the employees letting us know to try to change our reservation online to self check in. With doing that I was able to get my rental in about 20 min.

A little more communication in regards to checking vehicle and taking picture before leaving premise as I was only told the notice text was just for verification so I didn't see and do as the text instructed before leaving... I think this should be talked about by the clerk with the customer as I didn't see the text till I had already returned the vehicle. This left me feeling vulnerable and hoping everything was already checked by UHaul before I rented truck..

Drop off location was not in hemet it was in washington and they were great smooth return. They told me that the hemet location stated in there notes that they swapped me out of my uhaul and put me in a new one which is not true at all. So I thought that was pretty sketchy.

There was only one employee.working. He was very nice, but he had to go out to inspect units being checked in, check people in, check people out, go out and set up people in their rentals and hook up trailers, as well as answer the phone. It took 45 minutes to get my trailer and there were only three people ahead of me. The line was quite long be the time I left the yard. I noticed a manager in the back that should have come out to help.

I do not like your policy of holding double the money when you drop off the truck via the app. I needed that 240$ I was overcharged and you should release the pending charges immediately. not in 3-5 business days.

Everything was Fine. Only thing is headlights are poor. Upgrading to LED provides much improved night vision and safety. Little more expensive, but lasts much longer and alot safer if you can see what's in front of you🤠👍

Everything and everyone was perfect. Pure top notch customer service from a phone call correcting call center error to pick up, installation, and drop off. I don't know how else this team could top their service...unless they stop charging. Everyone was AWESOME. Even though I drove past many uhaul centers/authorize dealers, it was well worth the drive!

The gas gauge was not in the paperwork correctly. Due to being in a rush, I was unable to go inside and tell the cashier. The paperwork listed the fuel level as significantly higher than what was on the paperwork. I drove 13 miles; however, I had to put 7 gallons of gas in the truck. The truck milage out was 66542.0 and the milage in was 66555.0. I took pictures with time stamp.

There are some confusion about two storage boxes that I was renting on special over the phone, but when I got down to the facility, they weren’t ready. Then the day I went in to get the truck and the units they have been picked up, which is a little bit disappointing. But the young lady bend over backwards to make sure I got a storage unit of the appropriate size. Would’ve been nice to get a discount on it though because of the confusion. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul actually it was relatively pleasant despite the mess up

The lady over the phone for U-Haul was very helpful. Got me a storage unit but once I went to the facility took almost 40 minutes to convince them that we had a storage there when he was rude and kept on saying the storage place was full. tried sending us 50 miles away From the storage unit I paid for it she finally realized that I purchased one and then we were able to get inside only 30 minutes later after they had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way in order to get to the storage. One of the gentleman couldn’t even run the forklift to move stuff out of the way. It was absolutely ridiculous.

They advertise access to the storage units were til 10pm it hat is not true. They will only allow you there until 7 pm. The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed

When I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...

The only thing I did not like was, there is no top/ ceiling on my storage- in the beginning- I would come by to check on my things and there would be bird droppings and dust on my belongings - I had to cover my things with blanks and sheets to keep them from getting to damaged - now - there is a tarp to cover the storage unit which made it a little better.

I loved my storage box and believe me I hated to leave but I’m moving back to Needles and I no longer needed a storage in the area. If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

Highly recommend Spencer and this location. We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
