I don’t think it’s fair that if I accidentally fill up the gas tank you guys do not compensate for the extra gas. Also I was barely over the miles and even tho I fill the tank up the guy still charged me the 78 cents which wouldn’t be a big deal if I had already given then free gas. I really recommend you change that policy. If I have another choice from now on I will be choosing it until that policy changes.

Going forward you may want to offer customers a source of airing their tires and air bag suspensions, when preparing to tow rental equipment. I needed to put air into my air bag suspension prior to renting a ramp trailer and the employee hooking up the unit said there was no air supply. question? How do you folks air low tires on your rental trucks & trailers?

I would rate higher but I was ran around on pricing and locations. I did a reservation on Thursday for a one-way car trailer and was quoted $54.95. I then go to a location in San Jacinto and get told it was out in wrong. The gentleman "fixed" it and I was quoted $158. I then try to get ahold of customer service after the guy tells me he can't do anything about the pricing. I got bounced around from a person helping me, to a Spanish line, back to a customer serivice representative. I did all this while getting the trailer from Hemit, but Elizabeth informed me I could request a grievance when I drop the trailer off in Vegas. I then try to do that and he tells me it all goes through the customer service line. I then call again and the lady that helpled me out notes in the system and informed me that I'll get a call hopefully within the next 3 days. I'm extremely upset because I feel I've been lied to and been out through a run around.

My previous rental experiences from this location weren't very good. Previous rude staff made renting here a bad experience. TODAY, was great! Workers inside were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Outside people explained the truck, fuel, cleaning policies, e.t.c. quickly, and in a friendly manner, and got me on my way.

Customer service were busy on the phone fixing their schedule while I wait for 20mins.



Was told the price was going to be adjusted to $18.00 from a mistaken $34.00 charged for the trailer. when returned next day to drop off was charged $34.00. I reminded him of what he told me and the mistake of 18 rather than 34, he just shrugged it off and said it’s 34 now. Poor service, bad bait and switch tactics. I don’t care what price just don’t lie to my face.
