Truck front end loose, both front tires outer treads worn and passenger mirror was so loose you couldn't clearly see if cars were next to you to change lanes. This made it white knuckled driving for over 1,400 miles. You need to make this location more accountable or have the DOT do it.Judy H.

Took an hour and a half To pick up my truck after using the online check in process. This is ridiculous! ONE person working the front ON A SATURDAY EVERY TIME I GET A TRUCK HERE!!! AWFUL!! The truck was never cleaned. Both seats were full of some type of animal fur. There was a huge dirt spot on the floor in between the seats. Also, the brakes need some work. I felt like they pulled this "last option of a vehicle" out the back alley to give to customer. They did clean it since I requested them to do so. Now you're cutting into my time of rental. All trucks should be fully cleaned before renting to a customer. Also, the receipt I received, the picture is so small, I can't even read the receipt. Please send me a proper legible receipt. I couldn't even read it with my magnifying glass it is so small. A PDF is preferred versus taking a picture (jpeg) and sending to customers. Thank you!Winnie M.

It was a bit difficult to get up into the truck can as it was higher than I thought. I ended up getting a small step stool that I could take with me. I'm not sure how many customers are 5'5" or shorter and may have trouble. I know any mechanized component like a running board that lifts is not feasible (like how the lift gate is no longer available), but maybe you could warn your customers or make sure they can get into the cab. You may want to offer a rental step stool that can be pulled into the cab after entering ( I made my own!)Deborah C.

Steering wheel was sticky â€” I don't think the interior of the truck was cleaned prior to my rental. Also, the windshield was very dirty with splattered bugs on it â€” which probably means the truck's exterior wasn't washed prior to my visit either. Overall, not that great of an experience.James P.
