There was no dolley in the truck and them employees had no interest in going outside to inspect the truck with me. I didn't realize it was missing until I got to my sons apartment 21 mikes away to move furniture, a washer and dryer off of the third floor. I'm sure you can imagine how much fun that wasmatt M.
Check the glove department there was a bag of McDonalds left in it. The seats need to be vacuumed. I reserved for three days but accidently put 3 hours, the associate went out of her way to make my rental workout. Very accommodating. Thank you.DAVID R.

It's not this locations fault uhaul switched my location with no notification because the location I wanted didn't have the equipment I needed. When I arrived they still didn't have my equipment. The people at this location were super nice but not having what I needed was a real inconvenience to my move.Brooke M.

Night lights too poor. Also when these were on the dash board light goes off. I had to use external light to know my real speed and track gas tank. Finaly, in my reservation I selected 2 Dolly, some pads that were not available or guaranteed in the location. O had to go to other uhaul location. In that location they told me that equipment should be guaranteed in the reservation as well.LuisArturo I.

I reserved my truck for mobile pickup. YOUR D**M MOBILE PICKUP SYSTEM WAS DOWN, causing significant delays in my use of the rental/mover services purchases. They were extremely unhelpful. When I asked for an itemization of my bill, they showed me an invoice that wasn't itemized and they were borderline argumentative when I pointed out that I couldn't actually read the specifics of what I was being charged for when viewing it. The Tow Dolly they assigned me was rusted, and they had to set me up a with a different one when I rejected it and took photos. I paid for team members to install the Tow Dolly for my car and they were unprepared for the task; they called another employee on their cell phone to walk them through the steps. They also set up the Tow Dolly on the 20' truck where it was blocking other customers who were then rushing me to get out of their way so they could leave. It was a stressful and irritating experience overall.christian K.

Dear U-Haul my contract number 15749599 under the name Abla Sallam. , The truck was rented for one day , charges was 71.35 included $10 for insurance , it looks like it has been a mistake. Poor service all around! Just looked at reciept after returning rental 25 minutes before scheduled drop off time,"yesterday," and they charged me an extra day! And unlike other facilities I've rented from I didn't get my retured email while on premises before leaving. Employees to worried about visiting one another and using their personal cell phones whilest facility is backed up! From helping with extra packing supplies to last minute changes in the reservation, Anthony was flexible and friendly through the entire process. Moving cities and states is especially stressful, the experience I had with Anthony and Willow Bend Uhaul eased our minds and made the move a little less hectic.Patrick D.

The truck that I rented had multiple problems. For one the guy who pulled it up after having to be asked about said truck left the passenger door partially opened. In addition the warning on the truck's system was constantly on telling me it needed service. The worse part were the shocks of the truck that caused me to become nauseous after driving for more than 15 minutes. Overall I do not plan to rent a uhaul again.Grant H.

provide more staff support for your GM - Anthony Summerfield and bring attention to associate- Kara Milledge - who think's its perfectly fine to make/take personal calls on her mobile phone-speaker while assisting customers with rental agreement and payment. **though I understand that some personal matters cannot wait, this was not it (associate was on the phone trying to register her mom's car with her apartment complex). associate had an attitude from the beginning of the transaction and when I realized that she was rushing my request so she can take her personal call, I asked if she should be doing that while helping customers, she bluntly answered yes. I asked to speak to the GM and she pointed to a guy that was next to her and had been helping customers since I got to the store non-stop. the GM apologized but it was clear that he had very little control of the situation and was possibly short staffed. *** I mentioned this to a family member who rented from this location months ago and he knew exactly who Kara was when I mentioned the associates attitude. clearly this is not the first time this happens.danae G.
I made a reservation at the lewisville location with the general manager and he did not inform me that my reservation would end up at another location. This was very inconvenient as i had to drive 15-20 miles out of my way AND uhaul charges for mileage so that Is very convenient for them right? Lewisville to Plano was out of my way.Thomas M.

I regularly use UHaul for my small business and am happy with the service. I always use the mobile check-in and prefer it. However, logging into the website is a problem - it does not move quickly. There is a noticeable delay when first logging into the system. During my last visit, I was unable to log into the UHaul site and had to go to the counter to rent the truck. When I returned the truck after business hours, the same issue existed: I could not log into the system to turn the truck in. I restarted my phone twice and the problem persisted. I had no issues logging into other site (I tested it to make sure it wasn't my phone or service). As a regular customer, I would respectfully ask that the company fix this issue. They do not have enough people working to take care of the customersâ€¦ it's sad to meâ€¦ because I have not had this experience previously. Ensure that when a customer is contacted and advised what location the equipment is to be picked up, that your traffic department has actually completed the scheduling in the system to ensure that. A customer does not need to go to the location they were directed to go to, to only find the equipment was not set up for that location. The poor guy working there Saturday when I picked up my van was literally the only one checking people in. There was a line of 10+ people. The app didn't work until I got to the front of the line where it tells you to expedite the line (that doesn't work well by the way) it's better to have the keys in the lock box because workers and clients don't appreciate the interruption when the app tells you to skip the line. You didn't have an option for the van. It was ok though I wouldn't say clean, nor was it full of gas.jill W.
I arrived 3 hours early for my rental because that turned out to a more convenient time than the time I reserved. The clerk said he didn't have a trailer to rent me at the time and that I'd have to come back at noon. I left annoyed and called the main number; The rep found a trailer to rent me AT THAT LOCATION, so I went back to the store and was able to get the trailer. The original clerk actually told me was displeased with the phone rep for reserving the trailer for me because it made him have to rearrange things! What he should have said was "Oh, great! I'm sorry the phone rep figured about a way to help you out!" Instead, he was annoyed that I got a trailer that morning. He ended up being helpful, but I was very surprised by his unwillingness to help when I first arrived and then even more surprised by his comment.David C.

In spite of many attempts, I could check-in online. The storage facility doors were not working when I arrived to unload. Because I could not check-in online, I could not get instructions to drop the truck off after hours. It should not be too hard to put up a sign about how to drop off a truck after hours.
