I returned the vehicle over 12 hours early and they said i was over the mileage by 8 miles then proceeded to charge me 28$ for 8 miles after quoting me 1$ per mile. Kind of funny how it always ends up you owe more money. The guy tried to give me the run around saying oh i only dispatch it yada yada. Honesty and integrity matter. This location has neither. I’ll share this review on my socials as well. Don’t give this location business. They’re shady as it gets. Disappointing.

LOVELLA BThe U-Haul was not clean inside when I got it. It was nasty. I was also told the pickup location was a bait shop. It was in fact an auto body. The guy to get the key from was not there. I had to wait to get it. Then the U-Haul was still attached to a flat bed U-Haul trailer with a car on it. Very unprofessional. Then there was no place to return the key I had to put in through a mail slot. Also forgot to add that the number on the U-Haul contract is not the guys phone number. It’s the auto body number. I also knew this thanks to the neighbor in the parking lot. Horrible experience.

Roderick PIt would be helpful to know if the pickup/dropoff location is manned at all times or if your "selected pickup time" is expected to be an appointment. I chose a time when I made the reservation, but we arrived an hour early and nobody was there. We were able to make arrangements over the phone, but had I known my pickup time was an actual appointment, I would not have shown up early.

Jose EUhaul renter beware location modifies contract adding safe move when not ordered. Charges for gas after I put the needed amount to return gauge the same as strat of trip. Take lots pictures to protect yourself when renting a uhaul from this location.
