Key left in visor, no employee on site to report problems too. Truck was very dirty inside, debris left from previous renter. Check engine light was on but couldn’t switch trucks.

Cassie BranumThe man who gave me the rental was extremely efficient, I was there maybe three minutes tops and had keys and was able to roll away. Setup for parking was extremely easy as well as return of keys, building was well lit at night from the outside, drop off in the dark was no issue, location sits on a convenient strip of the highway where even during rush time traffic (5pm on a Friday) it was extremely easy to exit the property quickly and safely with a giant truck. Truck was cleaner than an enterprise rental, radio allowed Bluetooth etc. overall a quality experience I would recommend this location to anyone in the local area

Kathryn A ParkerWhen I arrived there was no utility dolly like I had reserved. No one on site to help and lady on phone was rude and not helpful. I ended up having to go buy a utility dolly because according to the lady on phone none were available. She did offer me a refund of 10 dollars but they did not help my situation. I am out 110 dollars for purchasing a dolly I will never use again and having yo go find a dolly to purchase put me behind with moving. Which I had paid 3 men to meet me at my house to move my stuff and they were paid by the hour. Which led me to paying them an extra hour for waiting on me to get a dolly. Poor experience overall and will not recommend them in future.
Victoria Farler49.00 was too expensive for an hour of use.. We stood in the parking lot for the transaction. The man who came out was nice and handled Everything quickly but it was awkward standing in the parking lot to do it. Never got to go in the building.

Jay WilliamsMy experience HORRIBLE put truck on hold 2 weeks arrangements for movers brother flew in to New Orleans drove to Byram to hotel to be close to truck pickup, get a call pick up in Canton a day before wait on truck never show up nobody care about the money I have spent just far. Start calling on Sunday morning, by a Blessing a dealer has a truck in Ocean Springs but the person who returns truck lock keys up in it. I call my AAA to unlock truck, now no movers just my brother have to hire random people to take a 6 hour round trip to Terry Storage, pay them to load, then next day pay random people to unload..No cares about customer service but this dealer at the Pawn shop at 2801 Bienville Blvd. HE SHOWED COMPASSION AND EMPATHY...I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET SOME OF MY MONEY BACK. What should have cost 600 cost me 900..Not to mention I had t drive back to back 2 day's 6 hours each day to cleat Storage out because truck was packed quickly in the dark...TOTALLY DISSATISFIED...

Justin Barksdalepawn one was perfect. irvin cobb drive had a good lady, tamie, very nice. there was a man with long dangly ear rings that informed me before he looked in the truck box that there would be a $25 charge to clean it out. i responded that it was the same as i picked it up. he said they had pictures. i said show them to me. get me a broom and he said the only acceptable cleanings was for him to blow it out. by this time , i was getting pissed at his attitude . tammie returned said everything was ok. u haul needs some training for at least one of their people.
