I dropped truck on time and the guy was rude and checked me in a day late.

Rebecca NI was very annoyed with the original reservation at Lemoyne Blvd. I reserved the van on 11/8/24 but when I arrived the truck was double booked and I wasn’t given the truck. Then owner reserved another truck at another location and when I arrived they didn’t have a truck. This owner 1 stop Pawn in Gautier called the Ocean Springs location and even though he was closed he fixed it up so I could help my daughter move. I really appreciate Gautier and Ocean Springs U-Haul owner.
