This truck was spotless when I returned it. They never even looked at the truck and then I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. It was absolutely clean. This is unacceptable.

The attendant in the store was new so he had no experience of doing anything with the U-Haul‘s. He was gonna be trained the next week. The location is way out in nowhere if I lived there it might be different but it’s good piece off of the main highway.
