We received a text message where we HAD to drop off trailer. There was a uhaul facility 1 mile away from where we live. When I called hoping to drop off where we live we were instructed we could only drop off at the location that was 70 miles away round trip. We were told the facility 1 mile away was full and could not accept the 6x12 trailer. There was only 1 truck at the facility !!! Traveling to a different city and county cost us a additional 40 dollars in gasJOLENE W.

I waited for over 30 minutes with no communication as to why I was waiting. They asked me every question that I had already filled out online when I reserved it and then charged my card even though I had paid online. The employee was also not wearing a mask.Sean J.
Very convenient to be able to rent a truck at reasonable cost for the few times I need one. Just wish the check in was a bit faster and that I didn't' need to sign any printed docs. Fully electronic would be fine by me, I know the score.Michael A.

I rented in advance. However the night before I got a phone call saying that my reservation was not going to happen. That it had been changed to a different location and that location had canceled my reservation because they didn't have a 15 foot available so that I was out of luck and it was up to me to find my own truck elsewhere. A girl named Cassandra flat out lied to me saying that I had been reached which was incorrect. I had this rental all in order because it was very important on this very day to move equipment from one location to another for my business. So when I get a phone call less than 24 hours in advance on a Friday at three something in the afternoon telling me that my reservation was canceled it was extremely frustrating. She offered no further solution until I came up with it on my own. If I had any Other option to rent from somebody besides U-Haul I would do it. I will do anything and everything possible to never ever rent from you again.Heather H.
I had an issue that delayed my trip. The Raymond store took care of me but the main store screwed up. I lost a half day of loading on account of their screw up. They texted me that my truck would be at the Montesano, Wa Thriftway and when I went to pick it up. They had no truck for me. This is the second time I've had to drive all the way to Raymond to get a truck and I will never rent another Uhaul truck ever again.Alfredo H.

Did not get any paperwork when picking up the truck. I was not walked to the truck to verify it's condition. (I have rented with uhaul MANY times. Never have I left with no paperwork or a vehicle inspection.) Upon return, the employee was pretty concerned that the Owner's had not followed protocol. He had no way to check me in.Patricia G.

Have personal that know how to install the trailer to the truck as well as not requiring the customer install the trailer without a jack that the trailer hitch being on the ground requiring the customer to lift the trailer up and try to move it onto the hitch. as well as checking brake lights on the trailer. I have no idea why a trailer has no jack on it to be able to remove the trailer from the truck or install it on the truck? All the other trailers have jacks but this one did not and it was the only one that I needed. I am having to ask when the trailer was last serviced as I have had trailers from here that have shorts in the lighting system making the trailer unusable..MARK H.

It was not me personally that took up the furniture I had two friends that loaded it and took it up to Raymond Washington for me. From what I understand when they took the trucks over they tried to charge him for more gasoline than what was originally in the first truck. They asked both people there to look in the back of the trucks to make sure they were clean enough for him and that everything was okay they said don't worry about it. Then I receive a phone call from the Uhaul Center they're saying that the back end of those trucks were trashed out to had a lot of trash screws all sorts of crap water bottles everything and he was going to charge me $25 clean up for each truck. I called my friends to ask what the heck happened and they said that asked both people to please look in the back of the trucks to make sure they were okay and they made sure the cabs were also cleaned out. So I am questioning why they tried to charge me more gas because I'm paying for this and why they did not look in the back because my friends would have cleaned it out if there was not sufficient for them instead of saying no everything is okay. I am in Las Vegas I'm very far away and I'm just not really happy with what I heard about what was going on at this location.Victoria O.

When I returned the truck, I did not have a broom and was not able to sweep it out, it had also rained all day, so I apologized and asked him for a broom, he very graciously told me not to worry about it he would mop it out. He took care of the paperwork and we talked a little, I told him I appreciate how thoughtful he was and now that I am living in South Bend, he has made me a loyal customer of his for good....Bill T.
This is not about this location, but about the unknown drop off that became a drop off that was further away than returning to the original place. I got an email that said, "per our conversation". We never had a conversation, and then they wouldn't answer the email or phone. Shitty corporate service. If there were another option i would use them.RYDER E.
When I picked up the truck, I signed a contract for a Raymond return site. I get there and my phone tells me I have to deliver the truck to Grayland WA. That is an hour drive and 50 miles. I talk to the man behind the desk, who was very very nice. He call U-Haul at near closing time and was told that I HAD to return the truck to Grayland. Luckily the guy was smart enough to say he would handle it in the morning, and did. This has not been a good experience.Stanley H.

I originally booked a 20 foot truck but after viewing the vehicle decided it was too large. So I changed to a 15 foot truck instead. I thought I should have been charged for a 15 foot truck, but the vendors charged me for the 20 foot truck saying the computer would not adjust the amount since it was an online reservation. Is that true? I thought I should have paid less since I don't take the larger vehicle.Richard R.

dude was more worried about get the truck backed into place than actually getting me info. The lady was pretty helpful, but if you get a pre 10am appointment expect to only get helped between gas station customers. Kinda defeats the purpose of online checkin.RYDER E.
To start with, I fill out the uhaul reservation on your website expecting to just going the same day and pickup the moving van. Instead i had to wait and go through the same procedure once again and giving out my credit number and my driver's license number. Some one needs to get it right. so people like me can just fill out the paperwork and pick up the moving van!Oscar R A.

When I got to this location to drop off the equipment, the man who apparently owns the gas station and directs the uhaul operation, was rude, curt, and told me I would owe twenty dollars for gas after I had already put in $14.11. I was reading the contract, which said the tank was estimated to be at 11/16ths. He told me it was only 5/8ths with what I put in, and demanded that I put another $5 in, even though, if you do fractions, 5/8ths is 10/16ths, and that, 1/16th should not cost me another $5. Then, despite showing him the other location's mistake about my destination and extra mileage that should not be mine to pay because it was their mistake, he insisted on calculating it, instead of changing it or talking to the clerk at the other location. Furthermore, he walked up to me and shoved a push broom, dustpan, and another broom into my hands, and told me to go sweep it out or he'd charge me to sweep it. I am disabled, and it is extremely hard for me to get up into the back of the truck, and I was experiencing back problems that day, and it exacerbated my problems to have to sweep out the truck, which was not even really dirty. Several times he tried to intimidate me that I had to pay more money for gas, cleaning, and mileage. I resisted and insisted that he stop acting like an ass, and that I would not pay the extra mileage charges on principal. He finally relented on those, but he FORCED me to buy more gas under threat of Uhaul charging me more, even though I put in 10/16ths which was as close to the ESTIMATED 11/16ths you can get without having a gage that accurately assesses the amounts. He never once addressed me by name or mamn'. I resented his curt, brutal, and asinine behavior. I am a paying customer, and I was treated extremely disrespectfully on both ends of this trip. If I can say anything, it's that even though these people own their own businesses, and are contracted by Uhaul to run this service, they need to behave the way they would want to be treated, and they most certainly did not. I had no choice but to deal with these individuals because of the lack of other alternatives, but if I had a choice, it would not be these two businesses.Becky E.
1) I think your hours of operation 10:00 opened is ridiculous! When people are moving, they usually like a earlier start to begin to load before 10:00! I recommend at opening for business at 8:00am, NOT banker hours! 2) No Prepay or reserving a unit Prior to 24 hours of pickup!Linda T.

The truck was marked at half a tank yet it was just below a half I filled it to a half when I pulled away from the pump it dropped I know it didn't burn up an eighth of a tank going less than one half a mile to the drop location from the gas point there is absolutely no reason we charging extra charge for fuel when I was shorted in the first place there's absolutely no reason why that truck should have burned up a quarter tank of fuel in 48 milesDavid H.
