Mary DThis whole process was horrible. Every place i tried to reserve a truck they didn’t have equipment. I had to go out of my way and was told they would put extra miles on because of it and they didn’t. The computers were down and pick up location and it took a long time and i didn’t get paperwork or a receipt or know what my starting mileage was. The inside of the truck was not clean and it wasn’t an experience i want to repeat.

Mark TCorporate was a f-n nightmare to deal with, I distinctively ordered a15’ in MONTESANO! My confirmation says MONTESANO, I went to the Montesano pick up location, they only have 20’, I asked them and corporate to have one delivered, both sides were to f-n lazy to do that, I was the one with a license, so instead of walking 1 mile, I had to pay $40 for a ride to Central Park, ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE FROM THE U-HAUL site and CORPORATE!!!!!!
