Location and attendant was not helpful. I had to get on the phone to get check-in instructions which took 45 mins. This delayed my trip immensely. This was not a good experience.
Keri Washington-BahVery disappointing overall. I was charged $75 in fuel even though I returned the truck with the needle at the same place I received it. Was told someone would contact me still waiting.

Shanay HartLocation was fine and mobile return service was smooth and easy. However, I was charged an additional $18 at the end for driving more than the allotted mileage granted in my reservation. We did no additional driving. We went location A to location B. I am not sure how the mileage was estimated in the quote but it was wrong and I was charged extra which I didn’t appreciate. Especially having to already drive almost an additional hour to pick up the truck.

Peter MacconiHi on the June 29th I rented a van at 2900 US 130 N DELRAN NJ 08075. Rented in the morning and returned the van same day . Different people was there working at the time , I dropped off keys and waited and asked if that’s it . They said yes. So they didn’t give me a receipt I thought it was going to be emailed to me. Next day I on June 30th I received the receipt Charging me for 2 days of rental . I went back there same guy I returned the key was there and said he couldn’t help me with that , asked me to back there next day and discuss with the guy I rented because HE DIDN’T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE UHAUL SERVICE. I said ok and back there and the same guy was there said the guy had left already. I told him to take care about the situation and he started yelling at me saying to me to call cops etc etc ! All that things that he knows he isn’t right , and he just left the store and gave his back. Screaming at me to call police . I wanted to be refunded the amount. Would like to speak with someone. And this store is only underrating uhaul name in the neighborhood. Thanks Rodrigo Dafonseca

John MaasI’ll start off with this is not the original location that I was set to pick up a truck from. The pick up location was changed without me being notified but your personnel from both this location and the original decided to lie and say they did notify me. They couldn’t even verify a phone number when asked. Your system crashed multiple times causing me delays in my day and I had to drive to a this location to get a truck after the first location stated that the truck I was supposed to pick up at time that was convenient for me was damaged. I should mention that this location was further from my home. Mileage. You all changed my drop off location from Levittown to Trenton which meant I almost had to double my milage by going from jersey to Pennsylvania back to jersey. Ridiculous. Oh and I should mention that you all tried to charge me for it. This was the worst experience I’ve had with uhaul.
Tyshaye SmithDon’t park a 26’ truck between two other trucks. It makes it close to impossible to back out of the spot with the building right behind it. Also, the process of checking in with the code is awful. It took us 20 minutes to get the access code to the box. None of the employees knew what was going on or how to access the code. Dreadful process to pick it up and wouldn’t recommend it to someone else.
Michael SenickOnly issue was that one of the tension cables for the cargo door was broken. Did not affect use of door and did not get assessed for damage at check in, so not a complaint; just an issue to consider.
Paul KibbeMy originally reserved truck was late being returned, so my reservation was moved 4+ miles down the road. Upon arrival, it took 20+ minutes to get my truck, only to find out that the appliance dolly I reserved was not available at that location. I was told to try other locations, no assistance given. Mind you, I’m working on A 5hrs reservation, and getting the truck alone has taken almost my first hour. I had to stop at two more locations, was treated very rudely at the first who also didn’t have the dolly. At the second, they had the dolly, but it took over 15 minutes to sort out. I wound up paying for 2 Dollies, spent the first hour and a half of my reservation picking up equipment AND had to pay for 10 extra miles, due to the reservation change and by no fault of my own. The truck drove terribly, sounded like something was about to blow. Bad experience. I’ll be going elsewhere next time
