How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would never rent from here again. There’s one lady who drives to and from that location there is no physical building there other than an empty condemned building. I waited for 45 minutes for that person to show up so I can rent the trailer. When I went to drop off the trailer, the person said that she was going to be there and when I arrived, there was no one there. No one was there to help me finalize the drop off. I had to do everything on my end through the app, she eventually stopped answering the phone. super shady, I would not ever recommend this location to anybody.
