My rating is average because I had a great experience with the staff at the location, however the vehicle was FILTHY. The interior was sticky and had a faint smell. I shared images of the interior when I picked up, but there was no other available truck. I've never used this location but had way higher expectations for Uhaul trucks.

U-Haul 10 ft truck that was reserved was not available. It was never returned. Did not receive any notification or communication from U-Haul before showing up at rental location. They did have one 15 ft truck that I could use for a shorter amount of time. So I was charged more and had a shorter rental time. I called U-Haul and did get a call back 45 mins later, but transferred to customer service and was placed on hold. I gave up after 5 mins since I had to move with a shorter rental time. Being charged extra was very frustrating.

We picked up the truck and it had 15 miles of gas in it. No gas at the pickup location.

Truck he gave me had a padlock on it, came home no key for padlock. Took an hour to switch out When returning he purposefully marked the gas lower. It was marked as given to me as 1/8th abut it was completely empty. Since he switched out the equipment I was not given a chance to document starting miles and gas.

Owner accidentally scheduled the movers an hour late, but Antonio and Paul showed up at their scheduled time. They were courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. They did two hours of work in one hour of time. They made my move effortless and stress-free (aside from the accidental late scheduling), and I would definitely use this company for my next move and recommend them to others for their moving needs. Thank you Antonio and Paul!!
