How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location is really convenient if you live near campus, but they only had two trucks. i originally booked a 10ft and was told that wasn’t available but there was a 10ft truck at this location that wasn’t being used on my moving day. Also, the truck i got only came with 1/8th tank of gas so i immediately had to get gas after being delayed at the pickup. The best part was the cashier at the quick was very nice and helpful
Anjali GI was charged $100 when I was supposed to be charged $60.
Adayla CThe vehicle had a non-functional rearview camera, the passenger side mirror was broken
Michael KThis location felt unsafe. We were supposed to have a 15 ft truck and all they had was 10. We originally requested a different, safer location.
