Nothing the service was exceptional and nostalgic because these are my stomping grounds back in my adolescence years felt safe amongst the community and was guided by your 18th Ave smoke shop employee with immaculate professionalism being of genuine aid when picking up and dropping off U-Haul the truck was available on site and super clean with free appliances inside the vehicle for easy swift moves they were rugs but still made my move easy to get big things out on off and into new the space quickly and they were lenient with extension under 24hrs

Radio didnt work. Transmission seemed to be slipping. The mobile pick up seems to never be an actual mobile pick up. The worker was very kind and courteous, however the location was not.
CASSANDRA JThe customer service was good. It's just that the location of the u-haul is lousy. It is on a very busy street with no parking. When we returned the truck we actually had to drive around the corner to find parking for the truck. If this spot gets a parking lot, I would use them again.
