Radio didnt work. Transmission seemed to be slipping. The mobile pick up seems to never be an actual mobile pick up. The worker was very kind and courteous, however the location was not.

The customer service was good. It's just that the location of the u-haul is lousy. It is on a very busy street with no parking. When we returned the truck we actually had to drive around the corner to find parking for the truck. If this spot gets a parking lot, I would use them again.
