This was my worst experience i have ever had at any uhaul and i have been using them for some time for a number of different things. First off they were not open for the pick up time i ended up having to call customer service the guy at the car dealership had 0 customer service didn't even say sorry for behing late i was sitting me my car watching the door thinking someone was inside went up to the door like 1015 and called the number where he said he would be like 10 to 30 mins so i called uhaul the truck was dirty when i got it. Also not sure why this place is a new location when it is only around the conor of a uhaul that has been open for years
Robert CTo go 54 miles in 3 hours it cost me $160, crazy price. I thought it would be closer to $60
