To start with, I received an email from u-haul regarding my reservation Of a utility van and charges for rental and mileage. I did not reserve a van -it was a trailer that I had reserved. I had to call the rental company and double check that they had the right thing reserved for me.When I went to pick up my trailer on Saturday the numbers on my contract did not match the numbers on the trailer. the gentleman that was hooking up my trailer said that they didn't have that number on the lot so he just gave me this one. Before I left I went back into the office and asked if they need to change the numbers on my contract to match the numbers on the trailer that I had and I was told it didn't matter, it was OK. Sunday morning I received a phone call from a U-Haul office in Pennsylvania questioning me about the numbers on my trailer. I gave him The numbers on the trailer and explain what had happened. About an hour later I received another phone call from another U-Haul office regarding the same thing, that the numbers on my contract did not match my trailer and I had to go back out to the trailer and get the numbers.I explain to her what had happened at the pick up office and she said she would make a note of it. When I went to Drop it off this morning I explained to the gentleman that the numbers didn't match and about the phone calls I had gotten and what the gentleman at the Rincon,GA office told me (that it really didn't matter). After he checked the trailer and the numbers he had to make phone call to the local office about what to do because the numbers didn't match and it wasn't even listed in the system. I've rented from U-Haul several times and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. In the future I will make sure all the numbers match on paper and equipment before leaving the office.This rental was a hassle and aggravation.JANICE S.

My booking (one week in advance) was with one location but when confirmed at another location. When I arrived to pick up my trailer (at the second location) the equipment was not there. I had go to 21 Rentals and Sales to get my trailer (3rd dealer). They were excellent, reservations and booking with u-haul not so much.George P.
The service attendant Bobby; stated my card was no good. He than went to take another 3 customers because my card wasn't clearing through his modem. I believe he didn't run the card at all because when I called bank about the card they stated there was no pending charge on the card and it had never been run through the servor and they had no attempt on the transaction. I think he was just trying to pass me over to wait on other customers.Peter J.
