This is the only location that seems to be able to rent. Staff is very helpful and they open on time. Customer service at this location does not need improvement. GREAT PLACE TO RENT!!!!

CATHERINE CThe customer service representative (CSR) advised me to complete the truck check-in process using the app and stated that he was unable to assist further. When I requested guidance on how to proceed with the truck check-in via the app, he declined, indicating that I would need to complete the process independently. This lack of assistance was disappointing.

CHRISTOPHER PI just want to thank your employee, Jacob Rowe. The facility I rented from is closed on Saturday and had not left the lockbox code. So I thought I would need to find another rental and went to a new facility. Jacob was just there and followed me to the first facility and helped me access the key. That was very gracious of him to help me that way and it really helped me in my day. I was having a terrible day for personal reasons and his kindness was the only good thing that day. I am thankful for him.

Lawrence HYour app was not working properly, spent 30min with customer service to get it corrected. The truck had a severe tire imbalance that shook the truck above 45mph.
Michael RI needed 60" of INSIDE trailer width space. Told the proprietor 3 times I needed 60" to fit a lawnmower inside the trailer. He rented me a 5 x 9 trailer. Which has only 52" inside width. Could not use it. No refund! Total waste of time and money!

Daveeda AVan was in bad need of a wheel alignment. Ordered blankets on line and they didnt have them in the van when I arrived. When they looked for them in the back, was told they had already given all their blankets out to other customers. Ordered both a dolly and an appliance dolly, which i had to load in the van by myself.

Brian MI dropped off the trailer sunday morning at 10:30 am. Wednesday it still showed that I had it and I continued to be contacted about it. I had went into the location Monday morning to ensure my check in. I was told it was. Tuesday I called. Support said they spoke with district supervisor that it would be handled. It was not. Called Wednesday. Still not taken care of. This location is not a good place for returns. I don't know if they were trying to scam extra money from me or what.

Richard DI rented the truck on line. I chose to do the pick up at the business's front desk. When I arrived to get the truck they told me I had to finish the pick up on my phone. Not happy. My phone has terrible service in Rincon, that's why I chose to pick up at the business. When the man at the desk printed out the contract he was like pushing me to just sign it. I wanted to read it first and I'm glad I did because it said any other driver than myself was not covered. I asked them to add my son. That was another nightmare. Instead of just adding him, they did an entirely different rental so my credit card was charged twice. I won't be using 21 Rental again.
Greta CHad issue with the app. Although I was standing in front of 21 Rentals, the app said I was not there. Pulled up Google Maps and had to walk just 150 ft over to a field to get it centered and the app recognize my proximity. The app needs to enlarge the radius of the location.

ZACHARY LThe older gentleman working the counter wasn’t very helpful. However, there was a mid-40’s gentleman working the trailer parking, and he was OUTSTANDING! I didn’t get his name; he was a take charge individual, and he assisted me with backing the trailer, and took the time to give me some tips/advice for better backing techniques. He really needs to be recognized for his customer service skills.
Jeff CCharged me for 3 days when I only had it for 2. The van ran horribly & kept thinking it was going to die. Spent $300+ on a van for 2 days. The regional manager was on site at pick up & rude. The employee at site desk was the only positive experience. Never using uhaul again.

Gail KThis vehicle needs to be aligned, or have the steering wheel corrected. When the vehicle was going straight, the steering wheel would block the speedometer gauge as it was this misaligned, or out of wack.

Alfredo TThe vehicle was clean, but not well maintained. The air conditioner did not work and the outside air temp was in the 90s. In addition, the truck was difficult to start. At one point I did not think I was going to be able to get it started again, so once I was able to start it I did not turn it off again until I returned the truck.
Scott WPlease get cruise control for your rental trucks. Driving 800 miles with no cruise control on the truck was inefficient. I know this is also annoying to other drivers who share the road with U-Haul vehicles. Thank you
