At the last minute there was no truck available and I had to drive out of my way to another location. This location was unexpectedly closed on my pickup day and I had to complete a remote pickup at the last minute. Finally, there was less than 1/8th of a tank of gas meaning I had to get fuel right away. Overall, not the overall level of service I was expecting.

I booked in advanced a 26 ft. The location changed, I went to the new location and they didn’t have it. That sent me to a location and I only got a 20 ft. This forced me to take an additional trip because I needed the extra 6 ft.
